Solam SL990 firmware needed

Hi,

I bought a blank brand MP4 player that I think is made by Solam.

The firmware won't see WMA files - Plays MP3 fine
The manual and the sellers spec says it will play all. (They now say it can't and gave me back half the money)

So I'm after a f/w upgrade - anyone know where I can get one - Solam are not forthcoming.

I have been all around the Solam sight with Google's chinese translator to try and find it but no luck. I have searched everywhere - this board is about my last hope.

Also - anyone know how to see the current f/w revision
