No video that i've put on has played yet. only the video that came with it, and when i took that off and put it on myself it didn't play. I'm wondering if that is something to do with sync'ing because when I first owned it, I dragged and dropped my music files onto it, and it didn't play but then I used WMP to sync it and it was fine. Sadly, I can't find any details on the internet about it. I was hoping that maybe you could help me find some firmware. The chip says: SAMSUNG 907, K9LBG08U0M ,PCB0, YCA870CBC
Thanks

I got a Rizone alleged 32GB, but only 4GB. It fails if filled beyond 4GB, but I have been using by keeping it at less than 4GB and if I need to use a micro sd card to add more files. Seller offered a refund, if I shipped it back, but the cost of shipping and delivery confirmation is as expensive as what I paid for the player. So, I got the seller to refund 1/2 the purchase price. Then for around $14 for a 4GB player with a micro SD slot is not a bad price. I am listening to the FM radio right now and I like it because it will keep the channel I am listening to even if I shut it down. I tried formatting, disktest, and MP3 Player Disk tool and could not get it to reformat at the valid size. I believe that the firmware is hacked, because each time the file structure, e.g., movies, pictures, keeps returning after a reformat, repartitioning... It would be nice to format to correct size, but so far as long as I don't fill it beyond 4GB, seems to work.
The AVI file that came with is quite clear and sharp. I going to try to make an AVI file to see if it plays. I could not get it to play MP4, nor MPG files.
Maybe, since ie works, just leave it alone.
Would be nice if I knew how to reformat to correct size, so I won't have to worry about putting too much on the internal memory. By doing so, I have corrupted other files.
