Need a help to find a firmware

I need to find a firmware for my TEAC MP-540 4Gb. can some one help me find pls?

PLS some help. I have on the back of the player a number: 5007083

You will have to open up your player unfortunately. Then post details of the board and plate numbers. You will also find a number on the back or side of the LCD screen as well.

If you can post those, that will help in finding a compatible firmware for your player.
