How to flash a Proline NK01 4GB
 

Hi,

Not too long ago I bought a Proline NK01 4GB MP3 and video player - Buy PROLINE NK01 4GB | 4gb mp3 player - Specification | Comet

it's been working fine so far (although I wish it allowed higher volume levels as it's a bit too quiet for my taste) and today I was digging through it's mini-CD supplied with it. In there I noticed a directory named "NK01 Firmware V03.00.08" with a lot of files in it and not a single README file that explains what all these files are and how to flash the player. Some idiot must have thought that it's self-explanatory ;)

Anyways, my player tells me in its system information menu that it currently runs firmware version 03.00.06 and the CD offers 03.00.08. I've got three questions here:

1) can someone tell me what all these files in the list below are and which one is the firmware
2) which of these small progs I can use to *only* check its firmware *and* make a backup of it
3) How do it flash it (eg, which file is the firmware and which prog actually does the flashing thing)
