someone knows where to find the firmware, drivers, and tools for this player?

Yes your firmware is on the player, just extract it and backup it up:-

Firmware Extraction for new Rockchip RK27xx series players.

Don't try any other firmware, there are no upgrades..

thx i have uploaded the folders backup
but for replace just copy file in the hidden partition?

Yes , it's easy on 27xx series Rockchips, just copy firmware back.

1 with 1 partition
2 with both partition and tools

You may have been supplied with the wrong tools, which tools do you want? there are a lot of tools on Download
