Rizone MP3 player asking me to enter calibration?

Hi All,

Yet another problem on this piece of junk, it is now asking me to enter calibration, anyone have ideas?

Calibration is usually needed with touch sensitive screens.
My rizone model is not touch sensitive, so I can't help.
A picture of your player might enable someone to recognise the model and provide some help.
