ANYKA is the processor Both Hynix and Mits make NAND flash chips - google the part number to find out the size.

check ur nandsize with my little webtool, all hynix and samsung nandflash
with K9, H27 and HY27 prefix supportet. .. without grant, but its good for first hacked mem check. NANDFLASH CHECKER @tulius not all pmp, but many can manage 4gb mini-sd |
