Need Firmware for ipod clone 4G

Well, finally i got my pc to detect the ipod, but now i need to install a correct firmware to make it working.

I don't know what firmware i need, and i don't know the chip number, all information i have is what i see on the box and back the ipod.

Box:
MA477ZP/A iPod
Model A1199
(1P)Part No. MA477ZP/A
(S)Serial No. 7K639L5NVQ5

Ipod nano:
32 GB (i know 32GB nano version doesn't exist, i asked for a 16GB one and i received this one)
Serial No. YM5387WZSZB
Model No. A1199emc no.: 2115

It's all information i have, need the firmware for that one (and what version of mp3 utilities tool i use, because i have read deppend which one you use it works or it doesn't.)

Hi there,

When you say "need to install a correct firmware to make it working" - do you mean your player isn't working at all and has never worked since you got it? Can you explain more as to what is wrong with it?

I started to fill it with music, and got some errors, had to format it because it wasn't showing all the music i added and all that stuff that usually happens with these mp3/4. I guess it was hacked memory and got error.
Then i see the hourglass on the ipod. Took the whole day searching by the net to make it work, and finally i made the PC to detect the ipod on ADFU mode, and now it's waiting for a firmware to work.
Tried several firmwares with different mp3 utilities tool, but all error.

Nobody can help me then? I have tried many firmwares and all i have is "Invalid upgrade firmware file!" or "Read or write information failed! ..."

Most likely you have already resolved your issue.
Thought I would try to help while waiting for response myself.

I did notice you said clone, I don't think you have a clone,
Ignore whatever box you received in.
Many of the best suppliers may use different box if refurbished or used item.

Yet if your product itself has this serial number YM5387WZSZB as you stated no matter what kind of box it came in ignore.

This number does match up with apple original ipod nano of 16gb.
Nano does not come in 32gb. only 8gb and 16gb.

You need to download itunes, before plugging ipod in to your pc.
If serial is directly from your ipod and not box info.?

Once you download itunes, only then plug in your ipod to your pc.
Itunes will recognize it and help you with set up
