is something wrong with the player??

there will bo NO updates for this player as it is a unbranded player and is NOT a sony player at all - it only has the SONY name printed on it
you will not have firmware updates

So your player can RECORD video and it's not working?
Have you been able to record video before from your PMP and this problem just started happening or never?
