Question MP4 Player Identification & Chipset

I am having a hard time wondering what kind of MP4 player that I have, I purchased 3 of them. The seller stated that all 3 was 16GB, but I'm thinking they are only 4GB, but Windows XP will identify them as 16GB.

This is the information listed:

Software: TV568 MLC V3.0.4.1
Hardware: TV1F568_V2.0

Can the firmware be extracted and upgraded?

The problem that I am having out of them is when you plug the headphones in, the sound will go back and forth, from the headphones to the mp4 player itself, like it is losing sync with the headphones.. as long as you don't plug the headphones in, then it plays fine without the headphones.

All help and information is GREATLY appreciated!
