Unhappy Need Ingenics JZ4725 Firmware

I read carefully the threads about Ingenics JZ4725 firmware, but I'm not sure If there's anybody who can share it or somewhere to download it (Sorry, I'm not english speaker). Moreover, many of the links were broken

My daughters have two mp4 players like this DealExtreme: $39.77 3.5" LCD MP3/MP4/AVI/RM/RMVB Portable Media Player (4GB Internal Memory) no problems, with them, but my little daughter format the system, including the firmware.

I've tried to found it but I can't. Please If somebody can help me I'll be verygrateful..

By the way, great forum, Thanks

Greetings from Chile

Hi and welcome to the forum,

I haven't seen a player which wipes it's own firmware by a format so this is really unusual. What is actually wrong with your player? Does it not work or not get detected by Windows when plugged into your player? Maybe it's something else that's wrong with it which we can try to help.....

Ok, let's see

The player turn on when I press the button, then appears the select language screen, and I select English (doesn't have Spanish unfortunately to me). Next the player displays all the folders that includes: Toolbar (with system setting inside it), E-Books, File Manager, Radio, Music, Video, Recorder and Picture. The player have some music files that I charge, but all the folders say "no such file" when I tried to open it.

Finally, when I open the Toolbox/System saettings/System Function/Device Information Folder, the player displays a black screen, turns off and reinitiate itself, so I think it's the firmware where the problem is.

When I connect the player with my pc, the computer recognizes the device and I can see all the files that the player don't.

Thatīs all I can say about my problem. I have a second player, same model, and it have no trouble with it

Thanks for any help you can give me, and, again sorry for my not so good english.

Muchas Gracias, saludos desde Chile
