Upgrade (Firmware) Entryx EM 880

I hope someone can help me and sorry for my bad english

my mp3 player ( entryx EM 880 4gb ) would like to install the latest firmware and I have downloaded the file: Rockchip_Consumer_Firmware_Update_v3.1.2.0.rar

only when I start the program it gives me USB device not found

what can I do so I can upgrade it?

update and what can I use it ... or do not care what it must have certain prerequisites?
