Do you have more information about the firmware? Like the board ID, Plate ID or LCD ID numbers? Those would be helpful and you can find them out when you open up your player.

You'll need to open up your player. Then note down all the numbers on the board and side of LCD screen as well. Then post them here and that will help determine what chipset board your player uses.

Dear Janbaz
You have to open up (dismantle the unit i.e. open the screws and pull apart to see the electronics inside) and note the numbers written on the different parts like:
Side of the screen number (LCD), the number on the 2nd largest chip (called MICRO by us or MASTER by Chinese) and the number written on the circuit board (PLATE). If possible also take the number on the largest chip (NAND FLASH).
These are very important to find a firmware and the tool required since the manufacturer information is not available in Chinese MP3/MP/s
Note: if you flash a wrong firmware you would end up in disaster.
