how can update firmware anyka 32gb

i have anyka 32gb fm and 2mpx camera pmp player i have problem if i hear mp3 many times it stopped from alone and i will change the firmware how can i do it?

can not change firmware - do not try - you have cheap no brand player
check to make sure the mp3 files are OK they may be corrupted especially if they were downloaded - check the tags

Also, does this happen when you listen to the radio for a long time or when you watch some video files too?

no only mp3 files sometimes goes perfeckt but most times some songs stopped from it selfs i dont know why for example mp3 song nummer 1 stopped if i make again this song goes well then another lieder again stopped and sometimes well i dont know what can i do ?
