Looking for Firmware Assistance
 

I have an unbranded 16GB touch screen MP4 player (made in China). It worked well when purchased but now fails to recognize both MP3 audio and .wav video files. I think that the software may be corrupted.

The following info is shown under "Version":

Hardware: S308A V1.3

Software: TV568 MLC V3.0.4.TO

I have not been able to find the software on the net. Any help in solving the problem would be sincerely appreciated.
