I´ve a mp3 player shuffle generic 2g similar ipod nano but with lcd screen(dont have mark) . I can´t enter to the settings section because when i want make it the player turned off. A few days when i went play music in the screen appears "loading" and then the player turned off. I think that the firmware are broken.I need the firmware. The mp3 player have a program that repair this problem but i need the correct firmware.

Today im opened the player and saw 3 chips
