this is my mp4 player photos i need your help i don't have any cd's. i'm search internet but i can't find any information? please there is a photo?

Unfortunately the only way to find a compatible firmware is to open up your player then post the plate and ID numbers on your player's board and LCD screen. A lot of these players have generic casings while the board and chipset inside is different so you have to open up your player to find a compatible firmware.

thanks for answer but i can't open my player. when i was power on button the sand time is coming. and thats all. i can't fix. how can i do this?
