Problem: new Mp3 Player 4GB
I bought the player on ebay and it worked well for a few days

but I have a problem: I formatted the player (no backup -.-'') and now the menu not works.
I can only listen to music.
I can not use the camera, the e-book reader and all other functions.
I have no information about model, firmware and producer.
Can you help me?
