You'll have to open up your player and post all the plate and board ID numbers so to find a compatible firmware for your player. Unfortunately the model doesn't help as a lot of these players have the same outer casing, but the board inside is different.

Their is a chip in the back and it has these on it-

and they where the only numbers i could find on it. hope this is what your looking for.

That's getting close now.
On the board (you'll have to open up your player) as well as the side or back of theLCD screen, you should see some numbers. Such as ATJXXXX etc....

I found the numbers on the screen. here they are
