Restore Firmware MP4 Titan
 

While I was updating the firmware something happened and It was not completed, and now the mp4 shows titan´s logo but then the screen goes gray, I tried updating the firmware again with the consumer update but it displays this message "Operative system error".

In the mp4 I can add files, Windows shows the device in My Computer.

Please indicate me how to restore firmware

Do you get the player to show on your computer as "Rockusb device"? You should have the original firmware on the cd that came with the product, so that is not a problem. To get the player to appear as Rockusb device to install new firmware, simply move the power switch to the off position, hold down the play/pause button, connect the usb cable, and keep holding down the button until a usb connection is indicated on the computer. There should then be no problem with using the consumer update program to restore the firmware.

I tried that but It doesn't work I get the same message "Operative system error".
