Hello, I need firmware for my mp4 player ( made in china ) XX-Beauty 2Gb , i don't know how reset? I want to know, beacause I have a problem with turn on.
on the screed remains stuck the hourglass, please help me.

You'll have to open up your player and post the board and plate ID numbers to find a compatible firmware.
