how remove firmware?

(my english is poor)

how remove mp3 player firmware?
i updated my mp3 player by wrong firmware, and now stupdater(sigmatel updater) not detect my mp3 player.
the firmware version is STMP710.

please help me

i have the same problem... Please help us.... :( I have takeMS Blade ... i tried to change my mp4 player skin... and broke down my mp4... i wanted firmware from takeMS Support Site ... They sent it me but it doesn't see my mp4.....
