yeah im srry guys, but im just another guy who searches for a firmware. i had a dead player and succesfully got it in recovery mode by causing a short circuit in one of the chips. now i can restore a firmware. i searched the whole internet for it and just can't find it. i hope you guys can help me.

hey dude..you got a serious problem there.
this is a 9.x.x firware player.
since that firmware can't be dumped correctly, the only thing you can do is search for the cd that came with it, there has to be firmware one there.
dump that back on the player and hope it helps you out.

I wrecked a 512mb version of that myself yesterday.
Now I had to swap my good creative mp3 player with my doughter...so I can mess arround with the MP620 again ;)
