HELP HELP Please a need a firmware for Eclipse 180sl

Please i need all help. My sister mp4 Eclipse is broken. Software don't pass initial logo screen. Board ID is ID1529 2027 KEY 1003-A, chip controller is ak2027c and old firmware is 9.5.60.
