Default Sony Ericsson XPERIA(Inside Chip_ATJ2237T )

I Am Required Help For This Device.

It Has This Error In Fourth Pic.
I Am Required Its Firmware Also It Updating Tool How To Update Connect ETC.
It Has AT J2237T Chip Inside.....
