CD from the player has a firmware but I think it's not compatible I flashed it several times with it and it stays white blank display.

I was wrong about the Chipset It is a ALI CTW801B, The 2 firmwares on the CD match but when i use MPtool the screen is white on the first firmware and the second firmware has only lines on the display (not displaying correctly. How do you use Mptool to Flash my player correctly?

Why do you need to update? This kind of devices do not need update commonly (only for bug-fix or customizing purposes)...
