Help, I need firmware.
 

Hello guys,

i need some help.My brother have MP4 player that is supposed to be a clone of Rockchip 2608 player.The player is named Sang DM2807.It has Li-polymer battery,4GB integrated memory,micro SD-card slot,2.7" display LCD,FM and supports MP3,WMA,WAV,AVI and JPEG.

My request is as it follows, one month earlier he had viruses on the mp4 and what happened i told him to delete them by using some Linux, what happened is that i forgotten to tell him to be careful, because there is except the mp3-s;images and all other stuff there is the Software/Firmware itself. I'll post image of the player to get you some idea of what i'm talking about.

My request is to help me as you can.

So what is wrong with the player now? Does it not work?
Formatting the player shouldn't affect the player's firmware as that is generally stored on a seperate/hidden part of the player's memory......

I tried formatting, it didn't help, for now the player can only be as a Flash Device - only for storing data.
Any recommendations?
P.S. Any idea which version is the sofware of the player that you see on the picture?
I forgot to mention that the player is touchscreen.
