If you have this device ,you can do a copy of the firmware from your device,i am put here the firmware backup utility, just start the firmware backup utility (M7103ISP_0.96.0.exe),plug in your BMP8208 mp4 player, wait 10s, then press the "Save PM" button in utility,then press "Exit",this will make an pm.bin file in the directory of utility,that "pm.bin" is a copy of firmware from your device.And maybe you will send a copy of "pm.bin" to me too.Thanks
