Need Firmware for ATJ2257 Based mp4 player ( All Info Attached ) Please Help!

I need firmware for my mp4 player.

Main Chip is : ATJ2257
Board Version is : ZX-8158R-TLSK V1.4 ( 2012-10-13 )

Other Chips : Hynix H27UBG8T2ATR

When the player is turned on, it displays the Welcome Screen. But does not go ahead. Please help me with the firmware !!!!

I think I have this mp3 player as well. Perhaps do you know how I can make backup of firmware?
