Default Pmp slide panel firmware

Hello guys i just got a pmp player as a gift and i dunno how to put games on it. i dnt even know what is the firmware or anything about it. Please can anyone guide me i really wanna upgrade that firmware and play emulated games on this.
here is a pic of the mp4...it is the exact copy!
