not sure if this is a firmware problem

Hi,
I have made a thread about 2 weeks ago on the General Discussion forum but no one answered :-( but I think this is a firmware problem. I don't know much about this kind of devices let alone this problem. I don't even know what version of firmware I should get or how to update it! can anyone PLEASEEEEE help me D':

Hi, i also require this exact firmware. I posted a thread on here a few months ago but to no avail... In the meantime if i find a firmware ill let everyone know.
