Default Find Info on MTUJ3689QM & M9UJ0H52H ?

Am trying to find the data sheets for MTUJ3689QM & M9UJ0H52H NAND Chips.

Am new to this. Used Google but got nothing.

Am guessing they are Micron Chips and went to Micron website but also found nothing.

Thought would ask for help!
