Default Firmware i-Platinum 2 GB 1,5" bought from Uxcell

Anyone have the firmware for my NanoPod I-Platinum 2 GB?

I can't use the music menu. It doesn't initialize and I can't hear Mp3.
If someone know what is the true firmware for that MP4 player please help me....

The problem is that I can't hear Mp3 files I can see and hear amv files because when I try to enter in music menu the iniliziation fails.
There is the hourglass but doesn't enter in the music menu and after 5 sec returns to main menu.
This problem is only for music menu, every other menu works properly

Zanco,

Try FORMATTING your player.
Format it through Windows or using the MP3 Format Tool as part of MP3 Player Utilities.

See if that fixes the problem.

Zanco , good on ya!
You might want to upload the firmware to the downloads section, so that others can download it to recover their players.
Upload link is Here.
Include the webpage of the player you have into the description, so that it'll be easier for people to identify their players.
Thanks!

I have a new full metal platinum and it is very slow and arduous to access the music folders (not helped by a dodgy MENU button). Also when I try to select a music folder to play, it doesn't play it but goes back to the track it was on before going into the folders. I wonder if this might help or if it would just risk crashing my player.

I wouldn't recommend these platinums to anyone to be honest. I hope uxcell's other products are better.
