Ordered on 18th, today is 29 hasn't been shipped yet.

Nothing kills an internet business faster than slow shipping!! Just look over at eBay feedback and see how "fast shipping" is very highly regarded! If I were an internet based company the first thing I would have in place is a fast shipping network in place. Meritline has learned the hard way and now has some of the best shipping times on the net as they same day ship using FedEx.

Bro E-mail them everyday, for me I asked about 2 times about shipping and they shipped the next day.. but i am waiting for mines to arrive aswell :(

Placed the order 30 hours back,
"Status: Processing in fulfilment center" it says now on the Uxcell Order Tracking System, no worries here.
Maybe because I clicked the link "please click here" to have contact with them, because I wanted messages received from them on another email addres. I got an answer (automated?) back that the player would be shipped within 2 days.

I placed my order (glacier mp4 and some other small stuff) on november 18.
I got my first package with everything besides the mp4 player on november 24.
The mp4 player was shipped today, november 30.
I guess they just get a lot of these orders for mp4 players and I'm guessing their stock finnishes before they're supplied with a new batch.
Anyway, on the descriptions page it said: ships within 1 week.
For some other players it says within 1 or 2 business days, so there seems to be some difference there.

yeah , my player has just been shipped 11/30, 10 days after i purchased it, it said it would take two days to ship, but there's obviously some typo there.

This is rediculous im really angry, i ordered my glacier on tuesday the 28th of november and they havn't even shipped it yet, thats almost a week, i bet its just been sitting there in a box in the corner.Uxcell needs to do something drastic about this!If i order something from Hong Kong it usually takes like 3 or 4 days.

I respectful request a status update from UXcell, my player has been in the shiping centrum for almost 10 days now. If anyone from UXcell could check it would be much appriciated.

my mp4 players just came out of shipping center after 5 days and have been sent, now does any1 know about how long it take to come from china to Australia?

There would be some difference depending where the players come from i think cause some player might come from hong kong while others might come from the us.

This is really some very poor advertising for a sponsor of this site!

Why have they not responded to any of the horrific claims of such terrible shipping and communications problems. It is as though once they have your money they could care less about any customer satisfaction whatsoever. I know this is one place I would never buy from.

Your delays might be that it probably went through customs.....??? I know I've had packages held at customs for inspections and it took over a week before they released it!

Just a thought to those with delayed shipping.

Could it be that because we are entering the crazy Christmas Season that these packages might be delayed? It might also not be entirely with UXcell's fault as well.

It should be the shipping company too that is delaying things with large orders, or customs holding it.

It's really hard to say 100% what the cause is. I guess only UXcell can tell you when they've shipped it.

I'm just thinking since it's so close to Christmas, everyone is rushing to send out presents, Xmas cards and suppliers placing orders for the mad Xmas rush, that it's all piling up and hence causing this delay?

I can't imagine what Customs will be like though! Having to check all the packages that come into the country. I mean, they might have to work a full 8 hr days! ;)

Plus Uxcell has like 5 or maybe more different eBay usernames that sell 1,000's of products a day. All the attention they are receiving from here at MyMpxPlayer.org and return customers that they already had themselves mixed with the Christmas holiday rush I would say they are busy as hell but still doing a Fantastic job. I ordered 30 yes thats right 30 players from them and received them here in the United States in about 12 days from placing the order to delivered. You just must be patient!. Everybody is like a kid waitng for candy when it comes to something new that they really want and have to wait for it to come in the mail. By the way I had no problems with going thru customs at all. It was shipped on nov 30. I got a tracking number and on dec 2 it was ready for departing Hong Kong, on dec 5 it departed HK.
I guess these are busy days with tons of packages for gifts, X-mas cards, mp4 players (hehehe) and so on...

ok my departed 1 day after it sent so now im just gonna have to w8 a couple o'days

Order placed/payed 29 november, delivered 8th of december. Unfortunately missed postman, so have to wait till monday.

Today is December 16th, placed order on november 18th and the item hasn't departured Hong Kong yet.

UXCELL sucks!!!

The item (RA082008652HK) is being processed for departure from Hong Kong as at 2-Dec-2006.

Is there another way to track packages? My order just says shipped 12-14-06 from Hong Kong but it has said that for days once it hits the U.S. will I get another tracking order? I need it for Christmas. I placed order by the cut off date they had posted on the site. I need it by fri. the 22nd, actually. I'm wondering if I should go get something else incase its not here?
So if anyone knows if there is anywhere else other then thier site to track packages, please let me know.

if you bought insurance you must have gotten a Hongkong post tracking number, if not that's untrackable I guess you'll just have to wait. I've been waiting for almost a month now, but to the US service must be faster.

depending on their orders you can have to late longer, the more orders they get the less they gotta wait to get it shipped usually, get would buy from factorys in the 100's


i got from another place(3 players) ordered on the 9th dec.

i forgot to add which colours i wanted so took them a good few days to sort that out with me etc then import tax(they try an stop it from happenin which is pretty cool), anyways, on the 11th it started to be processed, an today its finished, they have sent me a tracking number and everything, usually takes around 3 days to uk i think from china

My order says shipped from Hong Kong 12-14-06, so am I safe to assume it has left HOng Kong and in route to the U.S. ? Or does it have to go thru customs in U.S. then I get another tracking # from U.S. postal service?

jbrat , if you had paid for insurance, you'll get a tracking number. If i'm not wrong, it will be the same EMS tracking number which you can track online with your local postal service (USPS in your case). That's the industry standard for international mail tracking.
So go to the Hong Kong post website and track your item. If it shows that it has left Hong Kong, then give it a day or two and it should appear in the USPS website tracking.

And it'll definitely go through customs, no matter which destination it is.

Ive ordered mine on 21-12-06 it has been shipped and it was in the netherlands at 29-12-06 its 04-01-07 now and still didnt recieved anything..:S

Dutch costums are lazy a**holes, my uxcell player went right through, also the second (lucky, now and then they open up packages to check for illegal medicin) They held a motherboard from the usa for over a week in the Schiphol depot, for no reason.

the shipping is really slow. I ordered my player on 12-25-06 and have still yet to recieve it

Lol i still didnt recieved mine (21-12-06 - 09-01-07)...

i ordered 4 things from uxcell. and on the 4 January, they sent my mp3 player and the silicone case for my mp4 player. those were the two i ordered, and I'm still waiting on the alarm clock and the inflatable seat i ordered and it's going to be close to a month since i ordered it. i don't understand why the sent two but not the rest, and when they first said they shipped it, they only game me one tracking number, and the mp3 and the silicone case and two foldable boxes were in the box. i thought to myself, is this a joke? so i asked them when the rest is coming in and they say in a few days and that was on the 4. i really mad. is there anyway i can report them if it don't come in in the next month or so?

That isn't slow, really, if you think about it(assuming you received it shortly after you posted this). As their website said they were closed until the 29th for Christmas, then there was no mail Sun 31st, Mon 1st, Wed 3rd in US for Ford's death, and Sun 7th. I placed my 1st order w/ Uxcell on 12/24 and rec'd on 1/8.
