HeadPhone Jack Problem

Ok i have a problem with the head phone jack cause when i use my headphones i have ti jiggle the plug around before it starts playing the sound and i have to hold the plug into that position so i can listen to the music without it cutting out. and i was wondering if i would be able to get it replaced under warranty? if i can how would i contact uxcell to get replacement

Dragar , it's a case of a broken solder for the audio jack. I think it would be better and faster to contact uxcell via their website directly.
