Default [solved] Emailing uxcell


I ordered from uxcell. and I've sent several emails but haven't gotten any reply. Does anyone know how I can get a hold of them?

This has been an awful big hassel, the price is right but the hassel just may not be worth it. I hope I get the mp4 player and it works great or I'll be back with negative feedback. I ordered in time for christmas delivery, so it if doesn't come today I'm S.O.L. If uxcell had better tracking or customer service, I wouldn't be in this situation. And so frustrated with them!
When I first found the site, I reccomended it to several friends, I may have to call them back and revoke my reccomendations!

When did you make the order?
Did you email them with your order?
What email address did you use? Try info@uxcell.com if you can, that's what they recommended to me.

Really sorry to hear about the delay of your player. I know I've had things delayed from other companies because basically it's the crazy Christmas season. EVERYONE wants to get their order before Xmas as well, so you can imagine what the shipping companies, customs and delivery companies are faced with at this time of year.

Send us your order number. I can't guarantee I can get an answer straight away from UXcell, but I'll see what I can do. We are not directly connected with UXcell, they are one of the sponsors on this site, but I'll see what I can do with the contact I have.

First answer on my first mail took 2 days, my reply was answered 4 days later. Both answers held little information besides obvious solutions I already tried. So I think I need an RMA on 2 players, but it takes ages to get to the point where they say that themselves. One email was never answered. All on infoATuxcell.com, they definitely need more people at the support section, this is killing business for them.

It came today!! So I can't complain anymore. Now I hope all works well with it!
As for email it has been days since I first emailed them.
