I have acquired mp4 a I-platinum from 1g, I have tried to recharge it but I see that the symbol of recharges works but it is not loaded. I ask one solution thanks :cry:

wall1969 , try using another USB port in your computer.
Also try use another USB cable.
If all these does not work, contact your seller and get a replacement unit.

Did the player come with a wall charger too? How are you charging your player? It's best to try both wall charger and USB charger through the computer.

Also make sure that your player is turned on while charging.
