Recently, we noticed that there are 1 to 3 complaints regarding the problem on formatting the flash memory. Therefore, we would like to explain our manufacturing process here.

Although we have our own factory which manfactures MP3/MP4 players, we still need to import different chip set components from suppliers.

Sometimes very very fewer chip set, motherboard, Flash Memory, etc supplied to us may faulty.

Moreover, formatting error sometimes due to user mistake operation.
