Osmium crashed on video

Hi there, i bought directly from uxcell a new osmium player. I received it today (very fast shipping this time) but when i want to play a video file (even the demo one putted by uxcelll la isla bonita) the player is crashing and i have to reboot it. The mp3 ... are working correctly just crashing on video.
Any idea how to solved that?
Hard or firmware proble?

Is it properly charged? Low battery could cause that. Maybe copy all the data from the player to your harddisk, format it, and copy back the data. Made my Glacier a bit faster, even booted faster.
