I noticed Keith hasn't logged in for just under a week. I haven't seen him online either, so I would say he's probably busy or perhaps on holiday? I've sent him an email to see how he is doing so will let you know.

UXcell are a reputable company.
I think you will hear from you shortly.
I noticed he's not online lately, so might be on holiday.

I will try to get a hold of them and get them to act quicker.
