This is a copy of a PM I got from Keith at Uxcell today, regarding my FREE MP4 player promised me for all the hassle I have had in getting a replacement player for a faulty one that was returned to them in Feb 2006

I was NOT asked for a friends address to send the free player to and WHY should someone else benefit from all the aggravation I have had to put up with anyway?

I HAVE complied and now sent a friends address and will post on here whether it is ACTUALLy receieved or not!

See the latest stalling tactics from Uxcell, yesterday they were asking for a FRIENDS address to send the free player to (why someone else should benefit from all the hassle I'VE had is betond me)!!

If Uxcell thinks I am going to just give up on this, they can think again!

Uxcell certainly belongs on the "Do not buy from" list. (I know their on mine)
But they support this site so whatcha gonna do?

I think if you weigh the amount of good feedback against the bad feedback, you will find the good outweighs the bad.

The problem is negative feedback makes more of an impact than good feedback. People will more likely to complain on negative feedback than to mention good feedback.
