Poor Customer Service From Uxcell
I purchased two MP4 players from Uxcell on the 10th November 2006 because I read on this forum that people had had good dealings with this company and I had had 3 very nasty experiences with buying players from eBay.
The two players arrived fine, but one of them wouldn't switch on, or charge up or anything. I contacted Uxcell, who told me to return the faulty player for inspection and then they would replace it. I returned the faulty player to them on the 24th November 2006 and I am STILL waiting, nearly two months on. Despite sending numerous e-mails to them, they just keep saying that they will, "return it as soon as possible!" How long does it take to try to switch a player on and find it does not work? I was going to buy another from them as a gift for someone, but NOT now! Is there ANYONE out there selling these players that actually provide the goods and service that they claim to? |

Jeez, now I'm worried. Sent 2 Glaciers back 28-12-06 and they said:
"For the duration of sending back the replacement, it normally takes about 2 to 3 weeks as we have to firstly receive your faulty item, and then we investigated for you, then we have to mark down in our record and inform our logistics department to arrange a replacement and it may take them some time as well to send another one". Did you get any notice that the player arrived there? 2 Months is ridiculous, and who knows how much longer! |

I have just sent them yet another e-mail today asking about it (but I won't hold my breath!!). Hope you have better luck with them. |

I think if you weigh the amount of good feedback against the bad feedback, you will find the good outweighs the bad. The problem is negative feedback makes more of an impact than good feedback. People will more likely to complain on negative feedback than to mention good feedback. |
