Player return to Uxcell
HI, Before I email them, i was just wondering about the policy for sending back my dodgy unit!!
I have had my player about 4 weeks, and apart from the initial issues like battery and dodgy firmware, all was ok :roll: My unit now is not connecting to PC or wall outlet to charge. The issue is the USB connection. It is worn out or loose due to the frequent use it gets when charging the battery every 4 hours :shock: What happens when i plug it in is it does not connect via PC and when in wall mode the green light does not come on and only does when i jiggle the connection. I essentially have a flat battery and no way to charge it. I want a refund, is the short and sweet of it, or at least a new replacement unit. Of course I will be expecting not to get the postage cost repaid for sending it back to them!! Anyone wanna give me any advise, will Uxcell stand by this sort of Warranty issue?? Cheers Joffa |
