Shipping delay

Hi everybody,

I've done a purchase from UXCELL (my 3rd purchase), ORD20070117240 paid in 01-16-2007 and confirmed for them in same day, but until now this purchase was not shipped.
I try to send email but it same as nothing, they don't answer me. I don't know why!
What could happening? Could you please at least answer me here?

shipping takes about 7 - 14 days
shipping for france takes 7 days for me
