hi, excuse for my bad english
i order a glacier 2gb and a mp4 watch at uxcell, yesterday i receive only the Glacier,the watch wasn't in the pack.i mail to uxcell,no answer.
And about the glacier ,the battery is dead ,i can't charge it with usb and ac adapter,i put my phone battery in the glacier ,it workq but the model of the battery is a bl-5c and the battery i need for the glacier is a bl-4c
and always no answer by uxcell
now i must find a bl-4c for my glacier
i'm very disapointed by uxcell communication

I already told you that for a faster reply you have to send a PM through the forum @ moderator Uxcell, I got answer within a few hours.
Too bad about your battery, but most people go for the "replaceble Nokia battery" feature, as advertised with, and already plan to buy a bigger capacity battery. Didn't you?

I got 2 Glaciers that stopped working, but 2 replacements are on their way, can't complain. Already bought again from Uxcell, and will do so in the future. Batteries are 2 to 5 euro on ebay, whoopie!!!!!!!

You said it worked, so what's wrong with the BL-5C? Does the cover of the Glacier close or is the BL-5C too big? You can buy a BL-4C on eBay for less than $10 shipped, and its more likely to be a better battery because the Nokia knockoff used in the Glacier is not that good. As for the MP4 watch, they were probably doing you a favor by not including it. Those things are useless!

Tell them of the problem with the battery, and get it replaced.

For the mp4 watch, check the order tracking on their website, it might be out of stock and coming in a 2nd shipment. You might also want to ask about the watch in the PM as well.

About the battery bl-5c ,she's a little too big and i can't close the box
i going to buy a battery on ebay ,and the next mp4 player i will take will be not with "fake nokia " battery ,i don't want to buy another battery

Recherche les discussions ici pour un batterie BL-4C de 1700 mah. Il y'a un vendeur sur eBay en Allemagne qui les vends vraiement pas cher (2 euros), mais aux Europeans seulement. C'est supposer de durer 30 a 35 heures, bien plus que l'original de Nokia.
