Great Srvice from Uxcell
 
HI, I Had a big issue with my players USB connection not working, I thought Great, now I am F##ked. :( I posted here and Keith from Uxcell got back really quickly about the issue and now have an email from Uxcell shipping, stating a new player is in the post!! :P
Can not complain about that!! I am about to send mine back, with a brief letter of explanation.

Thank you for posting this.
It's not often people post good feedback or comments. I think it's just human nature. We tend to take things for granted that service should be good and only complain if not. However, we don't tend to 'compliment' as much.

It's really good to see your comment about UXcell though. I'm sure there are lots of really good comments and satisfied customers from UXcell but not a lot of them post it here or mention it.

I PM'ed Keith a number of days ago with a similar issue about my USB connection not working properly, but never got a response. The USB problems were intermittent, and I was still able to use the player but now... I have more serious problems which prevent me from being able to continue using my beloved Glacier. I have written about them in detail at the end of Shelley's thread in this forum, entitled "Can't charge Glacier player with AC adapter or USB cable" (since that's the exact problem I'm having).

Should I PM Keith again about it and see if I get lucky this time?

Yes, chase it up with a followup PM.
He might be overloaded with PM's though going through conversations, but definately PM him again. Let me know if you have any luck with that.

I got an email on the 25th saying the new player had been shipped, today the 30th it was in my post box!!!
Public holiday in SA on Friday as well!!

Not too shabby, not too shabby at all!! :P
