uxcell order

I ordered a mp4 player on Thursday 25th and I still haven't got an e-mail that it has been shipped and I went to go see the tracking and it says still waiting payment but they already sent an e-mail that I paid already and I tried contacting uxcell a couple of times but no answer.

That's because they're all tied up with my orders!!
You can send forummember/moderator Uxcell a PM, mention your order number. It might speed things up, or at least give an answer to your question.
