Default uxcell service


What is taking so long for Uxcell to reply. It has been 5 days already since I contacted them about when they would ship my order and they still haven't replied or shipped my order. Anybody know whats taking so long for Uxcell to reply?

No, just send another email, and another the day after if you haven't got an answer.

HI

has anybody heard of keith or uxcell in the last weeks ???

I now they shipped me a new wall chargers but im still waiting for an answer on the fact that my Black Hawk player do not recognize games i had no reply for a weeks now and i have been sending them mail regarding this problem for more then 3 weeks :cry:

Try e-mailing them with your order number and ask about shipping. I did that and they gave me a tracking number for the package (of course I had that shipping warranty thing...maybe that's why they had one for me). Took them about a day to reply.
