Why still waitting fo shipment
 

I bougth with my Full metal platinium 1.8" mp4 , a set of headphones model: Powerful Bass Earphone Earbud Headphone (S570)- Silver & Green

But the status is:Processing in shipment center
I bougth it like almost two weeks ago and i send to uxcell asking for them a week ago and they repply me that is out stock.

My questions are how long will it take if any body had this problem??
and if you look the headphones they are in stock, may be they miss my order??

I'm assuming, that if they are out of stock on one item, they're waiting for stock on that item before shipping your headphone order, because it doesn't make much economical sense to pay min. shipping fees on a small item, instead of including it with the larger item and shipping the order together & complete when its ready, at no extra shipping cost. I just bought the pink version of your player and got shipping confirmation within 2 days. You should have chosen pink, because that's the Valentine's day special, and you can believe they're going to have that one in stock at around this time!

One month and a half still nothing. :x :x

I send several emails and they answered that i have to wait.
What i should do im tired to wait. :(
The quality service that i expected is getting worst. :evil:

I've asked UXcell to see why it's taking so long for the order to come through.

Two months later and nothing Im very unhappy. I want my money back or my order. :evil: :x

Alvarillo, Check at your local post office, you may need to sign for it because of customs check.

Broken case UXcell didnt send me my headphones yet they are in shippemnt process, so is not a custom problem.

I want my HEADPHONE!!!! Uxcell has a very poor service customer allways saying that the dont have stock and i still waiting if you dont have it dont sell it.

Very very very dissapointed with Uxcell.
