I bought the FMP 1.8 recently and can't wait to receive it, but Im mainly using it for mp3 songs, not really videos. Doesn't it come with a warranty that if the battery is dead on arrival or dies that they will replace it anyhow?? ETA: Yes it comes with a 30 day guarantee and if you are not satisfied the only thing you lose if you return it is the shipping and handling charge.

This is the all black version as opposed to the black with the white "control wheel" that they have at uxcell
